No other Part of Chapter 35 has been published. The Medical Psilocybin Act directs the department to establish qualifying conditions, training, treatment protocols, safety protocols, best practices, and data collection (Section 26-2D-7 NMSA 1978), and to promulgate rules for the collection of data from producers, clinicians, and qualified patients for an annual assessment of the program (Section 26-2D-9 NMSA 1978). No published Part carries the assessment reporting of Section 26-2D-9.
